Ruth & Brittany(I hope that’s her name) at the front desk we’re amazing. Best staff Ive seen in years! Super accommodating & genuine. The pool was flawless & breakfast was great too! They have the coolest pancake machine & a variety of other goodies. This property may be a tiny bit dated and honestly it didn’t matter in the slightest because it was CLEAN!! I used to work in hotels too. Several high end hotels; I know clean!Everything worked as it should. I can’t say enough about this little place; It’s our new favorite in the area. We ended up staying an extra 2 days. This industry needs more places as unique and well staffed as this gem. In a perfect world all hotels would be privately owned and with as much care and character. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thanx Gina & Zoe

Let's play is awesome it has the best place ever be able to find a house cuz of our old property owner but this place is booming I'd like to hear cause my brother you get free breakfast and everything else from 7:00 to 10:00 so I like eating here and then you can walk off for a dollar and glyco for a couple of $2 a piece for everything is always up the code that we can look good thank you for having us bye

I always try to stay there when I come to Cleveland. My first time I thought oh no what did I do? But quickly changed my mind the rooms are always clean the staff is always helpful. The hotel itself is quiet and for the price it’s always my first choice. No it’s not super modern but it’s a clean quiet room

Was fine no complaints . Didn't go to breakfast. No one checked on me in the 4 days I was there. Left my garbage and towels outside the door and asked for extra towels from the guy outside the second day .

Clean, comfortable, with fridge and microwave, easy to find. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very reasonable price, great value.
